Title: proper wood arrow spine for recurve

I shoot a 68 inch TD recurve 36 lbs @ 28. With my 29 1/2 inch draw I pull 38 lbs. I am a target competitor and plan to do some long distance shoots this year, 60 yrds and better. Help.
