I think Im going to put an arrow holder on my next bow. Is there any real difference between the Kwik-lok and the Aro Holder?
A stay jac is better than either, IMO. Just put some double backed tape on the mounting bracket and you can mount it anywhere.
Never had much luck except with the Kwik loc.
I have been using StaJacs since the 60'....just the best there is...IMO.
The biggest difference between the two is that the arrow holder on the kwik-loc is a little bigger and works well for cedars the aro holder is smaller but works good with skinny carbons. At least that's what i've found with exp. with both brands.

Been using StaJac since 73 it is my favorite, just heard the other day that they are no longer going to be made, I see that they are not listed in 3Rivers new catalog, if anybody has couple laying around I would like to buy them,
Don't buy the Aro-holder brand Totally useless
Been using the Kwik-Lok for 15 years. Really appreciate having it on my bow in cold weather...
Bought an aro holder. not happy.

there are no more sta-jacs.My friend and I cornered the market and got the last 9 in the world. He was off work injured. He spent a day on the computer and calling people trying to find all he could.
Good luck finding one. I hope you can.
I still see Sta Jacs around. A fella at Comptons a few years ago had a full card of them, a dozen or 20 or so I believe, at $2 each. I only bought two. What a dummy. :knothead:
what does the stajacs look like
Be careful!
The kwik-loc and stajac (one with real spring) have worked well.
BUT be careful-I do not know the name, but I used a plastic "sta-jac" look alike, and I lost a 15 yd. shot, last light, at a PY buck after an all day sit on a very cold day- the plastic got more rigid and would not let go of the arrow. . . unbelievable! How can you have equipment failure on trad equip?? :banghead:
