Title: ideas for a training bow
Post by: Oregon Okie on February 16, 2010, 02:59:00 PM
Thinking about looking for a lower poundage bow to train with and work on form.
I am thinking about 30 lbs at 28..
that way my wife can shoot it at her draw but I need to be able to draw it 31 so it'll hit about 40 there.
I am looking for low cost.. can be metal / wood / ilf / one piece. .. whatever.
any thoughts or ideas
I shoot at medium / high wrist and want to use it for form so it should be similar.
thanks for any input.

One of the import ILF bows would do the trick and you can always get different limbs for the riser if you want later.
