Sure wish it was still season
perfect - they know when the season is done don't they :biglaugh:
Jer
Good to see them around. We usually have them here in the dooryard most mornings and evenings.
All fluffed up agasinst the cold.
Yes they do....sometimes they are less then five feet from the front window, watched a nice eight point come by one night
It didnt seem to bother them either that I was there, I think they are still out there, three total tonight, sometimes up to eight or nine of them
Beautiful creatures arn't they, enjoy the view.
So thats what they look like.Great pics!
Cool pics that one looks like a Montana decoy. :biglaugh:
They must be hard on the birdseed!
They sure like the flowers out front too, dont have to worry about those though, at least for a few more months
cool to set and enjoy a hot drink and watch wildlife!! :archer:
It is, found larger cat tracks the other day, im thinking bob cat. We do have a number of those around, just have not seen any around the house yet. The last one I seen was out bow hunting near a swamp a few years back. Talk about something beautiful
The ones around here are eating everything....lots of snow and they are hungry.
Mike
They're havin' it pretty easy compared to this time last year eh?
Eric
They are, this winter has been pretty good really.
Im sure we will get one more good storm though
Beautiful...!
I watched a doe the other night walk across my yard to my sunflower seed bird feeder. She drained it dry...
Squirrels are not tolerated on my feeders but deer are always welcome. The next day I put out a few pounds of shell corn for the deer but the Cardinals went into "frenzy" mode on the corn.

nothing is more beautiful that a whitetail with some snow on there backs! Awesome shots!
Beautiful animals great pictures. She doesnt seem to worried. Thanks for sharing. :)
Thanks guys, I agree, snow on the back does add alittle to the beauty
Danger lurks everywhere when you are in cat country!

Nice photos.
I saw a female bobcat and her cub last fall while bow hunting Missouri. First time I have ever seen one. They had the squirrels going nuts. The cub kept climbing the trees after the squirrels, it looked like it only weighed about 5 pounds. Once the female saw me she started making noises I have never heard before.
Thats a great pic Bjorn, looks like something my cat would do. Bobcats are so stealthy, the pne I seen spotted me and we looked at each other for 15min I looked away for less then a minute and it was gone.
Great pictures!
Mike,
What kind of camera did you shoot the photos with?
