Title: Unknown nock receiver for bitzenburger jig
Post by: lucky strike on February 14, 2010, 05:24:00 AM
I have a nock receiver made of machined aluminum.
that is or was made to fit a bitzenburger.
this receiver has a small allen set screw directly above the flat on the positioning nob that allows you to set the V inside the receiver to any position you want(infinite) to align the cock feather. This works well if you have arrows that have been adjusted for clearance and want to duplicate the setting.
Does anyone know who makes thes receivers-I don't remember and would like to buy more if I can find the mfr.
Thanks

call kustom king.. I just had a discussion with them about the need to change indexers if I shifted to Left wing.  They may be able to provide you with the information.

They carry the indexers.

I know the indexer you're asking about, I have one but can't for the life of me remember the manufacturer.  I bought it from Bowhunters Discount Warehouse 15 or more years ago.  I don't think they are made anymore.

It's a Bomar receiver.  It was made by Scott Bomar.  He is the guy that made the Bomar stabilizers for compound bows.
