Did i hear that he was going to market a 3-piece takedown longbow.
Im pretty sure i read it somewhere.
Yes
60 through 66 inches I believe.
It looks really nice!
Does anyone have picture?
Do a search, there was a thread a couple weeks ago that I believe had a pic of it. Sweet looking bow. I'm on the list for a 2pc, can't wait to get my hands on her!
I would love to see a picture of his 3-piece takedown.
Yes he is. I know if you search Big Jim on this site you can find a pic of his 3pc. I know he's built a couple and has several ordered. Jims bows are all works of art and perform as good as anything else out there.
I have searched and searched and i cant find his 3-piece.
If someone could post it i would really appreciats it.
yes he is-- i am on the list for one!!!
here is another thread with pics of the first one

Thanks fountain that is a sweet looking bow and if it shoots anyting like his 2-piece longbow i am going to have to get one.
I hope he comes to tannehill this year so i can shoot one.
Jim is a very talented Bowyer and i would bet he is going to be a busy man in the years to come.
he will be there with bells on! he is a very busy individual with the roofing biz, the bow company and shop, and now camo dipping!
i cant wait to get my 3 pc, but i am sure it will be a while.
Yep -- Busy! but that makes me feel loved. lol
This is how I keep my marriage happy. every time my wife sees me now, she thinks were on a date.
take a look at my new forward handle bow. One of my bow customers posted some pics for me since I am mentally challenged and can't figure it out myself.
thanks, bigjim

Can Big Jim build a forward handled short 3pc? I don't know but I think I'm gonna ask him and if he says yes it'll be my next bow for sure.

Allright Comber, back away from the keyboard. I'm shure it can and probably will get built one day, but the only R & D i'm going to be doing for a little while is Reflexing and Deflexing.
Well, there will be a little work on produing a two piece Thunder child.
Thanks, bigjim
