Title: Goats
Post by: Conner Parry on February 09, 2010, 11:31:00 AM
Here is a picture of my best pack goat. I have another one that is over the hill (10 years old) but might make through another season. I am going to give them both a try packing this year.

I remember reading an article on pack goats a long time ago in Primitive Archer.

Do they double as deer decoy?  :)

Hey Conner he still should have a few years left just keep a eye on him while you are hiking. I retired mine as a packer after 13 years he still likes to walk just alot slower now.

There was a good story in one of the magazines recently.  Guy said he didn't even have to put leads on them.  They just followed along.
