Bamabow Hunter Longbow 47# at 28". Actual draw length is about 28 1/2. I have 125 grain Phantom broadheads and want to use aluminum shafts, probably Easton Gamegetters. what shaft should I be getting and will I need inserts? To be honest I don't understand FOC and all that. I will probably find the one thing that works for me and just stick with it for forever. thanks
A 2016 at 30.25" BOP should work, depends on how close to center the riser is cut.
Bama Bows advertises there bows to be cut at center.
The 2016 would be a good choice as Prairie Drifter said, and I would add they should be good at 29 1/2 length with that tip setup...use the standard insert that comes with the arrow. If you are looking for more weight than that, 2018 at 30 1/2" would probably do well also. I like the 2016. They will put you a tad over 10 grains per pound of draw.
this is why i love this place. thank you gentlemen
