I had a neat idea pop up earlier and thought I would give it a try and it worked.
My arrows for next year in Missouri now have my "unused" tags from this year as wraps on them. One tag gave me two wraps. Hoping to get revenge next season!
I am also going to go to a 4" 4 fletch this time. I think it will do good.

Thats recycling at its best
Very clever idea. I like it.
Good idea Caleb. I like it.
Could Be BIG MOJO There for You!! :readit: Paybacks are truely HECK! :goldtooth:
thanks guys! Hoping to bloody them up sometime ;)
Now thats awesome! Talk about tagging your deer :archer: :archer: !
Neat! What did you use for adhesion?
Ike
I like it!
Nice! Somewhat like the military tradition of writing on bombs before they are dropped. I believe that started in WWII but had a resurgence in Desert Storm as well. A new traditon for arrows perhaps!

they are a s "sticker" type tag. SO I just pealed them off the backing and rolled em on just like the store bought ones! :)
That is southern ingenuity right there!! Great Job!
Dang it, I threw 2 bright yellow sticky Iowa tags away already! I hope I never have the chance to use them as arrow wraps again, but I am sure I will!
Bad karma. I'd take them out and burn them in some kind of ritual so the bad luck won't repeat.
Great idea! I think I can do that with my MI licenses. I just have to wait until the small game and fishing license expire the end of March. To bad I don't have any deer license left over to use. ;)
Best idea I've ever seen! I've got about 20 years of un-used tags more wraps than I would ever need.
Now, I got a kick out of that! LOL!
I like it. I havn't filled an archery deer tag yet so the Karma can't get any worse. Might just give this a shot.
i love that idea
That's a cool ideal.
Very cool!
Awesome idea, I have a an envelope of old tags, deer, turkey, sturgeon whatever.
Interesting idea.....but...........
Unused tags.........better off to put em in some chicken or beef stock and eat em!!!! Not sure I would like that kind of Karma on the backend of my arrow.
As for the second part of your modification, the 4 - 4" feathers is a great idea!!!!!
Good luck, would be interested to see if a unsed tag can still get bloody :biglaugh:
As my wife would say "you have too much time to waste if you sat around and thought that up" Good idea though.
Im originally form missouri where they have the stickers..... here in crap hole indiana they make you carry around an entire piece of computer paper.
