Just picked up a half dozen Nitro stinger gold arrows from Badger Arrow. I was having a problem with the ad trads being too light spined for my heavier bows when I got alot of point weight on. These Nitro stinger gold seem to be just the ticket. They are just enough stiffer to give me good arrow flight, plus they are a lighter shaft overall, so I can have increased FOC for those that care about it. 30" arrows with aquarium tubing, 100 grain brass inserts and 300 grain field tips weigh 830 grains. With 250 grain tips I still get good flight and it puts the arrow at almost exactly 10 grains for pound for me. Pretty happy.
Cool, what bows are you shooting?

The AD Nitro are alot stiffer and lighter the Trads or Trad Lites.I had some AD Nitro orange labels,I had to add alot of front weight with 100 gr.brass insert and steel adapters. They flew great out of the bow I made them for.
I thought the AD trads were supposed to be magic arrows that flew out of everything with any weight on the front. I just ordered the trad /trad lite/ hammerhead and hh lite test kit. We'll see I guess.
Oregon Okie: Yeah, I think that they do work awesome for most people. I think if you have a little bit longer draw and arrow and get over 75# draw is where you start to have some issues. At least that was the case for me.
Frenchymanny: I'm shooting a morrison dakota around 79@29.5 and a stewart slammer around 75@29.5. Arrows are flying well out of both of these bows.
JRY309: Yep, they are quite a bit stiffer and lighter. This can be an advantage if you are shooting a heavier bow and looking to get the weight up in the front. Haven't shot the AD Big Game shaft, but that is 10.5 gpi and right up with the ad trads for weight. It is really stiff, though. Not sure that I could use it unless I could put some screw in weights into the brass inserts. I wouldn't bother unless I was trying to get over 900 grains for buffalo, but it's got me thinking.
Arrow Dynamics makes several types and sizes of shafts. I was talking to Glen Jr at Arrow Dynamics the other day. He is working on another shaft. It is going to have a full length wt of 475 grns.
