I am looking for some advice on what arrow dynamic shaft would work out of my new setup....
I have a brack non typical coming in a day or two with two sets of limbs, one is 48#'s and the other set is 56#'s at my 29 inch draw. I am looking for suggestions on what AD shaft would work. I would like to be able to use the same shaft out of both limbs just increase or decrease point weight as needed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
AD Trad Lites cut 32" or 31.5"...minimum FOC around 225 for the heavier bow and 290 for the lighter limbs.
what kind of finshed arrow weight would that give me by chance?
I definately agree with the Trad Lites. Get the black shafts as the wood grain are a tad stiffer. As far as point weight and length you will have to try several to see what set-up works best. You should have no trouble getting this arrow to work for both. Heres what I use to help you out a bit. I shoot the same arrow out of both a Morrison Shawnee (recurve and longbow limbs)and a Thunderstick MOAB longbow(cut to center I might add). The bows are 53/54#'s and my arrow is 29.5"bop with-currently-a 260 grain total tip weight for a 605 grain arrow. I have also used 220 grain tip for around 565 grain arrow and 300+tip for around 640 grain arrow. This shows you that you can use a number of tip weights and still get the same results. As you can tell, I like to experiment. Hope this helps.

The Trad Lites will work for you, I have AD spine and wt charts on my website.
Joe, do you cut off the nock end or point end when shortening ? I cut some Woodgrain lites at the point end and they didn't seem to gain any spine
seems to me you need to shoot different shafts for those limbs, your heavy limbs will be shooting a much lighter total weight than your light limbs, kinda backwards.
I would put you in the AD trad or hammer head lite with the center shot bow and adjust the spine with point weight and length of shaft. You will get a heavier arrow as well as thicker wall of shaft thus making it a tougher arrow overall, yes the other suggestions would work fine as well but since this bow is cut to center and the AD shafts are so forgiving with the heavy FOC I would tend to go with the heavier shaft myself.
