I'd like to do a fall bear hunt in Idaho this year. Who knows of some good airfare deals? I'd be flying into Lewiston from Tulsa.
Razor,
The best place to search for cheap airfares is to go to Kayak.com. It will give you all the flights through all the airlines. Driving might be a good option. It may seem like it would take extra time but with changing weather air travel can be anything but ontime and reliable. When you drive you are in control.

Its a bit more of of a drive than I want to make. I won't have the time spend driving. Thanks for the tip though.
O come on where is your sense of adventure, it isnt that far to drive!
Only 1700+ miles. $550 is the cheapest I've found.
Have you tried southwest. I fly from LAX , California, to Tulsa and round trip with tax and all is just over 175$
I like to drive. Take what ever you want and bring home what ever you want. I've done it both ways. Only my opinion.
razorsharptokill,
Who are you hunting with?
well it looks like southwest only flies into Boise, i dont know how far that is from where you need to go
Jim,
For convenience, Lewiston is the choice - depending upon where you are headed. You could probably find better prices into Spokane, WA or Boise, ID. Lots of airlines with those two cities. Lewiston only has Horizon Airlines the last I knew, a partner with Alaska Airlines.
Boise to Lewiston will take 5 to 5 1/2 hours driving. Spokane to Lewiston around 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Both routes are two lane roads but good.
I can't help you with ticket prices, which is what you were after in the first place.
By the way, I hope you have a great bear hunt. I miss living up in that part of Idaho but I have new adventures and friends down here in the Southern half of the state, so I should not complain too much!
Just to clarify Tom G.'s post, it's kayak.com . Have a great trip, it's a beautiful area!
