Welp, its like this, I tried to lure Chuck into the local Dunkin Donuts, But he would have none of that! Yes we had a good conversation, but it wasn't like I heard violins & saw sky rockets or anything like that!! But yes we do have quite a few friends in common. It was good meeting you too, I'll leave the rest up to every ones imagination!!-Sean XOXO
I'll leave the rest up to every ones imagination!!-Sean XOXO, WRONG think to do with me,I will spare you the broke back archery jokes. :campfire:
For real, now, I have met so many fine people through this site that I would never have met without it. Woodchucker is one.
Now, six days a week I get coffee and a couple of scones and work until I go home. How in heck do you get 2 hours of lollygag time in the morning?
Killdeer :archer:
Looks like they will be renaming the Catskill Mtns to ...well....Brokeback Mtns...holy crap!
:scared:  :saywhat:
Run Sean! RUN! And don't look back! :D
Anyway... Chuck is a great guy... Just don't get caught alone with him and a bottle of purple hooch.
He'll make ya wish you were somewhere safe, like inside a volcano!
... mike ... :p ...
I've gotten quite a bit of info off of this site in the short time that I've been on. I've shot recurve for close to 20 yrs, but I didn't know any one else who shot a stickbow. This seems like a good place to get advise and ideas from.
Cupid must of had some FOC on his arrows. :biglaugh:
You guys crack me up. But that wool at the "good will" crack is probally gonna make me stop by just to see what they have.
Funny Scott I was thinking the same thing! Good thing theres more than one Good will.
I checked our Goodwill store yesterday...only flannel and old sport coats. Once warm weather arrives, they will start dumping the old wool...stay tuned and keep those eyes open.
Ahhhhh Killdeer, in time you can lay those letters aside; put those postage due stamps back in the drawer, and head for the woods with the rest of us semi-something (retired/employed) folks. Why don't you take the weekend of ETAR off and come spend some quality time with a few of us geezers. Surely there are more Virginians that come up during the last of July, that you could hitch a ride with 8^). Watch out for the unmarked cars though 8^).
Ha Ha!!! Killy, you silly little deer!!!
We work NIGHTS!!!!! It's "Happy Hour" for us!!!!! :campfire:
Oh, dopey me! :banghead:
Killdeer :campfire:
Um, George, since you have complete control over your time and activities, why not come on down to ATAR, where the madding crowd fears to tread?
I am looking at the calendar and plotting my days off for the year. I am up to seven, and would like to make the Tennessee Classic, which would cost me another four days easy. Then there is that little matter of three weeks of hunting this fall... where does the time come from? I know where it goes!!
