Title: Gray Ghost Super Flex - 40

My brother Dalebow gave me a quart of this yesterday. I've heard of it but have no experience with it. Is it better than regular gasket lacquer? Why?
 How about odor? I can get away with using GL in my basement but don't know about this stuff. I went to their website but learned nothing.
 Is it compatible with my Rit dye stains?
 How many coats do you usually use?
