Who would everyone recommend for stitched leather grip work?
Thanks for the help.

Interested in this m'self....
If you are willing to try it yourself PM or e-mail me and I'll send you pdf file with a simple but great way to do it.
3Rivers also sells leather for that and they do a "how to video" on installing it.It tells how to measure and cut the leather, punch the holes and stitch.I have done a couple since watching it and they worked just like in the video.
Tim Roberts. Excellent work at a fair price. You can find him here in the directory.
I did my own, very easy and kinda fun. I ordered a grip kit from Mikes Archery Leather, a sponsor here, it comes with 3 pieces of leather, 2 needles and the thread to stitch em up, all for a great price that can't be beat!
Benbow, I need to try one myself. Can you send me the file.
Thanks
Neven
i just did a baseball stitch on mine just make sure you cut the leather a little small so when you pull the stitches tight it wont bunch up (http://i602.photobucket.com/albums/tt101/broketooth/osagebowpics006.jpg)
Thanks to everyone for all the information.

One of my favorite longbow grips is a leather lace grip like Harry Elburg and MR Hamilton put on their longbows. It is a fairly easy do it yourself project and makes an awesome grip that looks good. I can give you some detailed instructions on how I have done them if you are interested. Shoot me a pm.
I had a Dwyer that was stiched and it looked great.
