Why not make one? Do a search, and get an idea of what you like and try to copy it.

There are threads here and on the other trad site with a whole bunch of interesting ideas, and lots of ways to make your own as well as buy or design.  Personally, I bought 2 long peg racks and stuck them on the wall vertically for my bows.  Next time around when I rework it,  I may buy some nice wood and make them myself. You can make them cheaply by just getting wood strips from any supply store and a bag of pegs or just use dowels.  Paint it up and in a few hours you will have exactly what you want and all done and ready to go. I find that the less obvious the rack is, the more the bows stand out when you look at it so I am not a fan of elaborate racks unless it is for something very special.

There is a fellow who has some awesome bow racks for sale on Stickbow.Rattlesnake skins over cherry wood in the shape of the original snake.I bought one recently from him in Diamondback.Words can't describe his workmanship!! AWESOME! $65.00 mine is 48" long and has six Amish made pegs in it.Looks just like a Diamondback crawling across the wall!
Better hurry,I don't think these will last long.Last year he sold them for $100.00 ea and they didn't last.

I will second what cacciatore said....Mark makes a VERY NICE eastern red cedar bowrack. This one "holds" my bows now. Thanks.......Mark.   :notworthy:    :notworthy:    :notworthy:

Chad,  that looks awesome!!!  I currently have the bow rack that 3Rivers sells as a kit.  I stained it and stapled fabric to the back and it looks good and holds 4 bows and 12 arrows.  With all the longbows I've been accumulating though I'm gonna have to build a rack like Chad has.

cacciatore,  how much space do you have between the pegs on that rack?  What are the dimensions of the rack?  I really like that design.

thanks,
Ken

Ken,47"x42",distance between the pegs is 4 3/8".Iget some other racks with shorter distance but this one fit most bows. You can cut the pegs also longer,if you have many bows,I have 3 bows for every line on my collecting bows rack.

The pic doesn't give justice to the finish work, and some nice decals will be added.

Take a look at craftwoodracks.com if looking to buy finished or unfinished. They are very nice. I have a six bow rack from them and the quality is very good. They have wall and floor racks. With and without arrow holders. They also have just arrow racks for floor. Did not take long for delivery either.

Jerry Coulter makes a very good one and sells them on EB under traditional archery I think. I have several of them. The bows hang vertical. PM me your email and I'll send you some pics.
