Took delivery of my new H2 riser this afternoon. This one is Bubinga with Zebra accents, where my other is Zebra with Bubinga accents.
Mated it with a pair of Elm limbs off a 58" 57#@28" H1, which made the H2 60". Set up a spare string I had LBR build me awhile back and it turned out to be 53# at my 28.5" draw. Exactly what I was hoping for.
Like every H2 I've had, the only way it could shoot any sweeter is if it was covered in honey...

very nice, really like the zebra accents!
Very nice.
Out of curiousity, from the time you ordered the bow until the time you received it, how long did it take?
That is a sharp looking bow you have there. Always wanted to run a few arrows through a check mate!
Nice looking bow and nice wood combo!
Very pretty bow!!! How come the shelf is on the wrong side? :p

Didn't order this one, Rooselk. Greg over at G&M Archery had this extra lefty riser on hand & sold it to me. Time from my call to when I had it in my hot little hands, 3 days.
The limbs I had on hand from an H1 I sent down to my son at Ft Knox. I put some lighter limbs on the H1 and kept these heavier ones as spares.
The H2s I've ordered have taken 9-10 months for delivery, which seems to be pretty normal.
If you are looking for an H2 and don't want to wait on one G&M has several in stock right now, both RH & LH...
Beautiful stick. I have a Chek Mate Kings Pawn deluxe and have been fighting the urge to pick up an H2.
I've been a one bow guy for a long time but pics like this are making it hard to resist. congrats
Jon that's a beaut for sure. It's amazing how little cash has to be spent to have a world class shooter. I don't know how Marc does it but his product can go head to head with anybody in the industry for a whole lot less money.Owned a bunch of check-mates,including a couple of H2's.Had a cocobolo that was a real tack driver. But I must admit the 56" Hunter had to be my fave. Enjoy the new toy!
Nice smooth lines and curves. I like it. Dang have to add it to my want list, wife is not going to be happy.
Dave
Sure shoots sweet with 29.5" 2213's and CXTH 4560's.
I understand liability but if CM would just slim the grip a touch, the H2 would be about the perfect TD Hunter.
I have a feeling this one will earn a name, like my other H2 and deeply missed H56...
Chek Mate will customize the grip, if you ask them, provided the change doesn't affect the integrity of the bow
An absolutely beautiful combination of bubinga and zebrano.
I have both the H1 and H2, but never knew the limbs would interchange. I'll give it a try, and see what I get.

You'll lose a couple pounds going from an H1 to an H2 riser...
