Stopped by the local archery shop today and traded my training wheels for a PSE Black Hawk recurve. Sent about 15-20 arrows through it since I got it home and so far I'm loving it.
welsome to the machine... Or no machines really.
welcome

Great stuff Jonathon welcome.
sorry. LIFE IS OVER AS YOU KNEW IT >>----->
Great!,Now it begins
Hope you dig it. Glad to have you. Welcome.
This is where the fun begins!
Sweet!!!! You will be addicted and start shooting at weird things like dandelions, stumps and clumps of grass because there is no fear of arrows traveling 1/2 mile and out of sight. All the money you would spend on do-hickies for the wheels will go to better things. Sorry......there is no cure. :jumper:
Congrats! You done good!
Congratulations, Time to go hog hunting,
Congrats!
I'm almost a month in now, with my 15 year old jumping in now with his brother and I.
I shipped my "wheels" off to PA yesterday and my 17 year old's bow is now for sale as well - lol.

Welcome Jon! The love affair doesn't stop. Hey everybody, it looks like we have another person to pump all their spare $$$ into the traditional archery market!!! I sure have been doing my share LOL!
Enjoy the ride,
ron
You won't be sorry
I've made mistakes in my life but picking up the recurve was not one of them. Good choice! Jason
Thanks everybody. Looking forward to all the fun I'm in for. I never shot as much as I should because getting the compound out and making sure all the trinkets were in order seemed like a chore. It will be much more satisfying to take this light bow and a couple of arrows and shoot whatever.
And so it begins, welcome.
