I shoot LB's only. I've talked to Bob a number of times and know folks proudly using his bows. Heard nothing but good. He has a stellar reputation here. Call him.

Bob makes a great bow.  I've owned two of them over the years and have Bob making me a new longbow.  When I went to Bob's shop to discuss the details of the bow I am having made, I also shot his take down recurve.  Like the rest of his bows, it is very nice with no handshock.

I own a Sarrels Bobcatt TD 3pc TD recurve (and a 3pc TD longbow, and about 5 one piece bows of his). I like the TD longbow the best of all my Sarrels bows, but that is because I tend to like longbows better than rcurves (just a personal preference thing). I have not owned a Sarrels bow that I did not consider a fine piece of craftsmanship. You can not go wrong if you choose a Sarrels.

My Friend David Shepard shoots a Sarrels.  And he's done some serious damage with it in his young trad career.  :readit:
