Well I just bought a 58" Voodoo from the classifieds the other day because I've been wanting to try one. I thought I would shoot it a little and find something I didn't like about it and then put it back up for sale. Man was I wrong!!! I love this little bow!! It is 45# @ 28" and it really zips an arrow!! I'm still experimenting to find the right arrows but I have a couple 2117's worked up to 650gr. total weight and they shoot really well. Although the wood on it is beautiful, it has someone elses name on it so it's the perfect excuse to send it to Lonnie and have it dipped in Predator green camo and make it my turkey bow!!
They are nice bows, I'm lucky enough to own a couple of them. One of my elk risers has two sets of limbs.
This one came with some good Mojo too! I took it out to chase some squirrels and although I missed the same fox squirrel 4 times because he was so flattened out on top of the tree limb; I did dead center a possum with a hammerhead at 35yds. Great shooting little bow!
How long of a bow is it?
I need to try and get out to do some squirrel hunting before the season closes.
It's the 58" model. I'm hoping to go out and chase some more squirrels with it in the morning!
I also have a 58" voodoo. 50 lbs. It's a great bow.
I'm not crazy about the shortness but it does shoot an arrow like it means it and I manage to hit the target pretty good too. :bigsmyl:
Glad you found one you like
so much for Kal.money for you!!
Artistic and fine shooters as well!!
Tom, I liked the little Voodoo so much I ended up selling my Shrew so I'd have money for Kalamazoo. I'm sure gonna miss my Shrew but I needed to drop a little weight to develope my form better.
I can already see this bow with that Green Deception Predator camo on it!! :)
