Trad Gang

Well im a new guy to this traditional stuff but I have had a blast the past week reseaching traditional archery. Im really excited. I have an old bear recurve that i just ordered stings for and bought a bow stringer for. I have some game getters im gonna mess with i dont know what spine ill need yet but ill start with those and see what happens. I CANT WAIT!!!!

Well, sorry to hear of your addiction. Guess you'll just have to learn to live with it!
To the best of my knowledge Trad archers anonymous has yet to be founded!

One bit of advice, keep your spending within realistic limits. Otherwise you may end up with as many bows as us which love to buy but can never seem to sell!

I've got 46 now myself, Hey, I look at it as a "Good Thing".

Addiction? Addiction?! No, no, no. You have it all wrong. Addictions are curable. The Traditional Archery bug is a chronic, terminal illness. You'll be afflicted 'till the day they plant you in the ground and chances are they'll put a bow in the box with you!    :D  

By the way, welcome. I feel a little less "strange" every day!
