I just wanted to update everyone on the fact my new book "Once Upon A Tine" finally arrived late Monday afternoon... in fact, 2 1/2 TONS of them. My wife and I got them all unloaded and are presently stuffing envelopes. In fact, we've been up until 2:30 AM the last two nights. We got all 100 of the Limited Editions mailed out yesterday and this morning. Actually, I still have two left from a couple guys who never sent their monies. Anyway, I'm signing, packing and mailing out the books as fast as we can. Just wanted to thank everyone for their patience after the printing delay that missed our proposed delivery dates (and Christmas). My sincerest apologies. Many thanks to all. BW
Something as GOOD as this book is gonna be was well worth waiting for........Barry.

Barry, before you send them out...you two should probably proof read each one first! Seriously, don't stress over it too much. They will get sent when they get sent.

Uncle B, don't suck on too many coffee beans when you staying up all night to get those books out :saywhat: You know, it is not going to help us any if you wear yourself out and cna't finish the shipment.
Can't wait to see the finished work!
Looking forward to it Barry.

Hey Barry I'm sure it is going to be well worth the wait. Some things are just out of your control and I hope you didn't stress about it to much. I will be looking forward to seeing you and your brother at the show in a couple of weeks, until then take care. :) :) :) :)

Jack
I plan to pick up a copy in K-zoo at the end of the month.
joevan125- Barry had a limited edition of numbered copies which may seen be sold out, but there are plenty of copies of the book itself. If you order through brothersofthebow.com, you will still get an autographed copy from Barry. We will also be at Trad Bow Expo in K-zoo and at the PBS banquet in March to pick up copies of all our books. Mike

I'm positive mine will be delayed further. No fault of Barry's though. I have not seen the mailman since last Wednesday. Minus thirty degrees.
Crud. How do they make it to Georgia, Florida, and UTAH before Michigan!?!
Huh...Biggie how did you get yours before me!! He's my Uncle...or as he likes to say...my "Real" dad...
A Georgia guy getting it before a Montanan...what is the world coming too...

David
Got mine. Thanks Barry!!!!!
All is good! I got mine yesterday. :campfire:
It will be well worth the wait I am sure !!!
Gots to order me one!
Got mine on Monday ,and am already about half-way through it. I need to slow down a bit, but it's a great read that everyone will enjoy. Well done, Barry.
I'm off of work (laid off) and have read it twice, as well as genes book 3 times. CLASSIC! In my opinion it does not get any better. I feel fortunate that Gene wrote another, and also fortunate that Barry decided to tell his tales. Both should be required reading in bowhunting education courses, along with watching primal dreams. Good stuff!
Just got mine in time for the weekend and looking forward to some good stories. I'm tempted to leap straight to the chapter titled "Marty", if I dare. The cover is impressive; Barry seems to be aging very well.
I hope to get a copy in Kzoo.
:banghead: You guys are killing me here! :banghead: Mine must come all the way across the 'pond', sounds like it's gonna be worth the wait!
I know my copy is probably at my house right now but I guess I'll have to wait :( as I will not be back in the cold confines of Illinois until after Pig Gig. :D
Thanks for the kind words guys. And yes, Bill, yours went out the day before you left for your trip. I was hoping it'd get delivered in time so you'd have something to do while your wife hit the antique shops. Sorry buddy. Don't get sunburned. See you in Texas. BW
