Anybody know what size aluminum shaft will fit for footing a GT 7595 shaft? Or something else to use for this?
An answer for 7595s is not listed on the charts on old threads I found on searches here....
thanks
Forgot to say, OD of GT7595 is .311
2213' are .317 ID
that should give you enough clearance for glue
i use 2219 on my GT7595's, they fit perfectly.
for your info- GT 5575 use 2117, GT big game 100+ use 2216.
It will make a difference whether you are using Gold Tip Trad shafts or black.Trads are thicker.
I used 2117 footings on my black 7595's but had to use 2216 on my Trad 5575's.
jimB is right. OD does change for black, trad and camo shafts. my sizes are for black shafts.
Yeah I was thinking Trads, so Chupa's answer of 2213 sounds good. I'll try that....
Thanks guys

Not positive but you might check a 2216 as well, if you have access to one.
I think that it would be worth trying also.
To add more confusion to the mix,I have some Autumn Orange 2216's and some camo 2216's.When I was recently footing some Trad 55/75's,I had to use the camo 2216's as the Orange ones felt a little too loose for me.The camo ones were not tight but the Orange ones were definitely more loose.
I am sure the Autumn orange shafts I have would work on the Trad 75/95's.They measure .312 inside. Not sure if the camo ones would.I know,a 2216 should be a 2216 but these shafts are clearly marked and are slightly different.
Oh,and the orange footings are purdy.
2216's will barely fit on a 7595 trad with no room for glue. Like Clint said 2216's fit perfect for the BG 100's.
I use 2317 on 7595 trads.
OK thanks. Interesting that there is some variation that strays from the expected diameter with the orange 2016s. I have a bent one of those I found in the woods, I knew I kept it for a reason. I'll give it a try.
Looks like 2213 @.317 ID would be next up, and then 2317 @.325 ID (if I did the math right). Just have to go look in the junk bin...
Thanks again
