Hey, type "needlepimp" into your google search gizzy. This guy makes some COOL stuff like that--custom to your specs. His kilts rock, too.
make one they are simple to do
Filson small field bag. A little pricey, but mine will last alot longer than I will. Check the big auction site. I got mine for about half price on there.
If your not set on leather. Try some army surplus shops or web sites. Lots of shoulder bags that work great.
Try Steve Catts at www.hidehandler.com. (http://www.hidehandler.com.) You won't be disappointed. He is top notch.
Here's the guy that has the BEST possibles bag you're going to find:

Here are 2 possibles bags I made recently. Both are made from the same pattern but one is hand stitched(external stitching) oak tanned leather lined with red garment leather and the other is hand stitched(internal stitching) upholstery leather. Both have antler base closures.

Kilties have the good stuff, man.
A friend has a pretty neat one from Bison Gear.
Go to one of the Goodwill type stores, and get a womans leather shoulder bag, they work great, and they don't cost an arm and leg.
Pine Hollow has a fantastic possibles bag, as does Bison Gear. Mike and my little buddy Granpa are great guys to deal with respectively too!!!
I made mine from a kit from Tandy leather. I didn't know anything about sewing or working leather and it came out wonderful. Great quality and it was alot of fun making it. Plus the pride of knowing you made it yourself. Kit has rugged blacksmith leather parts, thread, needle, fringe and instructions.
