I liked the one I had, the grip was a little big for my hand, but the build quality and performance were on par with better known high end bows.  Ken Rohloff is a stand up guy to deal with.  I have one of his Firestorm recurves and you could not ask for a better shooting bow.

In 2008 it won the "Walk the Talk" event. Shooting a 10gpi arrow it shot 198.6 fps, if memory serves me correctly. That was for his longbow. That speed was out of a shooting machine with a mechanical release.I think the bow draw weight was around 50-55#@28" Still, not to shabby for a mild R/D longbow with a braced "D" shape. The limbs are a fairly thick core trapped geometry. The riser is fairly long and uses fairly long tip wedges. makes for short working length to the limbs. I don't know a thing about his recurves.

I have one of his 3 piece longbows.  Awesome bow.  Ken is one of the good guys.
