Wondering if the following setup is heavy enough for whitetails, 41@28 Kodiak Hunter, draw to 29.5 shooting a 32" 2117 with a 145 grain Bear Razorhead. Opinions?

You might have a problem with arrow flight the 2117 is pretty stiff arrow for 41#

yes

I dunno what weight/spine the aluminum arrow is, but the bow and broadhead are fine. If you get them on a well matched shaft, you'll be good. Just put 'er in the right spot.

Your bow and broadhead are up to the task. Shoot those 2117's thru paper; they are alot of arrow for 45 lbs. If you are well tuned, you'll do fine. You'll likely be better served with a 2016.

You may get away with it with a full length shaft. You could use a heavier adapter on your broadhead if those 2117s are too stiff.

Plenty of bow for deer, a properly tuned arrow and a hair popping broadhead will do th trick.Big Ed
