I regularly buy lams from Kenny and his product has always been great,I had some Mulberry lams from Kenny and when I started to layout a bow I noticed that they had warped laterally,It can happen anytime and does,Not the manufacturer's fault.I thought I would mention it to Kenny so that he can check his limber.
Next thing I know he's sending me another pair to replace the warped ones and I never asked for them or complained.
Now that's what I call customer service.
Thanks and Regards

I would call it over and above, myself 8^)))).
He's a good one !
I do an aweful lot of business with Kenny, and he has always been there to make sure I had the best experience. He goes above and beyond on every order. Good people for sure!
I wish that I could say that I've known him longer, but I can't because I have only purchased one order from Kenny. He helped me tremendously and continues to do so. The supplies that I purchased were exactly what I was hoping to receive and they were shipped quickly.
Yep, I plan to continue buying my bowmaking supplies from him, as mentioned previously -- he's a good one.
I ordered my lams and riser wood for my first recurve form Kenny not to long ago. Told him that I wanted to use cedar for the tip over lays and said I would buy them in the 36" pair that he sells them in. Kenny gave the cedar pair to me for free! I am truely grateful for this and will continue to buy my supplies for him. A one of a kind guy, wish you the best Kenny.
Thanks guys! :o
The Golden Rule works real well! I've had great business dealings with TG ers and trad guys in general. :)
Yeh, that's Kenny. He has gone way beyond what I would consider good service. Thanks again Kenny.
