Any one use these? Impressions? Do they rotate when you release, thereby aiding in a smooth release?
Best for kids to small for gloves/tabs and bowfishing. They ad a lot of weight to the center of the string and don't do much to help your accuracy in any way.
I have used them on a fishing bow but I feel they add too much weight to the string.I prefer a tab for shooting.

What Dave said.
Yep! All my bowfishing set-ups have them and my kids used them when they were younger. Daughter still does, actually. They are the cat's meow for bowfishing.
more weight on the string for heavy draw bowfishing setups could be handy.......it might help with the weak spine issues of the solid fibreglass arrows.
I had them on an old Indian fiberglass I had and they felt to me like they didn't roll on the string and messed with my accuracy. Now they are on my son's bow he is 8 yo and they work for him.
I believe that JK Chastain with Wapiti bows uses these on his hunting bows. I have seen them on his bows on his website photos.
They cost you in performance, increase paradox of the arrow the way they come off the fingers.I can't see doing those things myself.Tried them on a fishing bow but soon returned to just useing an old glove for fishing. It might alright for kids that are too small to use gloves or tabs.
One idea I have seen is to over-serve and build up in that area to make the string bigger where the fingers go. I have always liked a bare finger release, but cannot handle very many shots with a regular sized string.
If you don't want to use a glove or tab, just wrap some Transpore "White" tape around your fingers - works really well! I'm currently on three layers and my fingers are callousing underneath that and i'll be able to reduce to two layers soon. It's a good way of toughening your fingers up gradually if you want to shoot bare handed.
Note, it's Transpore White, not normal Transpore - very different material.
They are all I used when I was a kid shooting up to 50# bows. I shot very well with them. I have not tried them again since then, but maybe one of these days I will throw a pair on a light bow again just to see.
