Title: Brothers Of The Bow service
Post by: Tom Leemans on December 07, 2009, 12:43:00 PM
Just wanted to drop a line to thank BOTB, particularly Donna Wensel for great service. It would seem a certain elf I know put in an order for some items for me for Christmas. Well this elf was getting nervous because it had been about 2 weeks since she ordered and no package in the mail. I fired off an email to Gene's boss and she looked into it. At first, it looked like the order had gotten lost and she was ready to immediately refill the order. Turns out there was just a back order on some items and it got out a little later than usual. Guess what was on the porch later that same day? Still waiting for one item coming from Mike, but that was an understandable thing too. Everyone gave us prompt answers though and, like I figured, all will work out just fine and now I have to wait in excitement until Christmas morn. Thanks to Donna and everyone at BOTB for great customer service!

Tom,  Your other item went out today from me. It seems your special elf has a different name than you, but we figured it out. Thanks for contacting us. Mike .... PS. Donna is doing a great job, which allows us to continue our chase for big buck encounters this time of year. Ha!

Hi Mike,
We got married earlier this year. She changed the name on her paypal but for some reason, it didn't register when she ordered. I knew it would all end up o.k. though. Thanks again!

Donna has really been stressed out trying to handle all this stuff. I don't know what I would do without her. I'm just glad the second string is again off the bench and back on the playing field!

Donna, Donna, Donna- All this praise is so Gene doesn't have to buy you anything for Christmas- He called all of us and asked us to compliment you on this thread! No really- this year he spent so much time in a tree stand that he wrote  Christmas songs about everybody- wait til you hear yours!!!! Something about naughty- not nice.

I'm sure the twins get LOTS of calls, and I'm sure also that many times they are not there to answer them and so Donna and Susan have to field them.  I know for sure that every time I've ever called, they answered the phone and were as pleasant and personal as can be.

I KNOW my wife doesn't do that, especially when she might not be thrilled that someone is calling for me when I'm out hunting again!  In fact the other day, she accidentally (she said) erased a phone message on our machine for someone interested in my book.  Arrgh!

So anyway, I've thought this several times in recent years, that Gene and Barry punched their most important antlerless tags with the right ones.
