(http://i486.photobucket.com/albums/rr226/bigedarcher/1205091209-02-2.jpg) I shot this doe this morning had fourteen come through all together. Picked out the largest. Shot with a New Stewart Slammer Short Riser Version 60" 62# at 30" 635 grn.Axis arrow Wensel Woodsman head. 22 yard shot complete pass through.Quick and quiet. None of the deer even jumped when I shot this one. She walked about ten yards and layed down. The others just walked off feeding.Had a wonderful morning all in all seen a couple dozen deer including a couple really good bucks. Thanks for looking, Big Ed
Awesome bro, she looks to be a bigun.14???? I thought PA was cleaned out!Glad you had a good day.
yum
Yup. That is amazing Ed. Given how the PGC has 'exterminated' all the deer, or so I'm reading. :)
Sweet to do it in gun season. I've always thought if I did that and she'd run 100 yards, there'd be 3 bullets in her and I'd not get to claim my critter!
Congrats! And keepin up prayers for the wee one of yours! Things have been looking up in your life lately! Yeah!!!
Way to go buddy!!
For you guys that don't know him, they don't call him Big Ed for nothing...that there is a big bodied doe!!

Nice job big Ed!
My hat is off to you Ed. When the bright wave of orange floods the fields and woods of Penna. the Mon. after Thanksgiving, the deer are on high alert.
Craig
Private land, food plots and management is key to having the decent deer numbers. Guru the invite has always been there for you and many others. Izzy, 14 in one group is not common but have seen more larger groups during late season. Pretty neat to see that many deer interacting.
Very nice Ed. Congrats!
Is this the place you were telling me about at the Bunny Hunt?
Dave,Just one of the spots. This one is a pretty good pressure sanctuary.
nice job ed
Sweet Ed!
I bet she's going to make some of that great Amish country sausage, salami & jerky!
Congratulations on a fine deer
