60", 68# @ 27" (or 74# @ 29"), Gaboon Ebony and Osage riser, with Actionboo limbs with Japanese (Tamo) Ash veneers and Kudu tips. Bow was to heavy for the other owner, and he was asking $375 shipped. I traded a Thunderstick Mag 60", 56# @ 28", but had to add $100 to make the deal work but I happily did that. Don't know how old the Cougar is, but by the looks of the Osage I'd say at least several years.
I think I'll be putting this bow to good use in the near future!
beautiful. i bet it screams to.
Beautiful bow,congrats!
Thanks fellas, I can't wait to get my paws on this one!
I used to have one about like that, sounds like the specs I had her made at, not sure it is my old bow but could be.
Danny
nice lookin stick
very nice. I got one this summer and love it.
Interesting Danny, but then again anyone buying a used bow has a fair chance that you owned it previously... ;)
I've got another Cougar that I really like, but it's 62" and 55# @ 29"...

Seriously nice looking bow bud! Will she be bound for TX?
Great looking bow! More poundage than I can handle though.
Congrats!
Great looking bows Jeff...you gonna bring the MOAB?
Yep...gotta love them Cougars....
Curt, I'm going to bring a few different bows, this one may just make the trip too... Need to meet her first! ;)
Gonna be hard to not use the Shawnee I used last year, she did me right with 4 shots, 4 hits, and three deer down in three back to back hunts...
Still waiting on this one to show up, hopefully tomorrow...
whew....the gypsy cougar has resurfaced again. Pretty bow I was wondering where it ended up. Not mine just catches your eye when she makes an appearance.
Wow, pics don't do it justice. Haven't shot her yet but she is smooth as silk on the draw. Got the day off tomorrow and we will do a bit of getting to know each other... ;)
Jeff,
I think I still have one of your Cougars!
Top bow is a Cougar 62" 49#@28 Checkered grip...Ole Man's bow :)
Bottom bow is a Paxton Talon Swift with similar riser design...Doc

I owned that one for a while Jeff, but didn't buy it new. Very nice bow, wish I had a good enough release to be able to shoot it. I seem to do better with more weight to get my fingers off the string. ;)

This is one of my favorite Morrisons. I love the woods in this bow. Have seen it on here many of times and it just gets prettier and prettier.
Well, she is liking my 31" Gold Tip 75/95's with 250 grains up front. Put an EFA quiver on her, and luckily I've got about 4 dozen Magnus 1's weighted to 260 grains...
The bow is simply beautiful, hard not to sit and drool over her! Shoots like all of my Morrison's, smooth, quiet, with no hand shock, and flings an arrow with authority!
