My customer has been hunting with this bow and was nice enough to stop by today so I can take some pics. He christened the little bow last week and is bowhunting with it during gun season here in NY.
This is a Trophy Hunter longbow, 58" 58# at 27". Riser is Cocobolo with Red Elm limbs lightly stained. Leather grip and micarta overlays. I have him shooting AD Trad Lites, this bow is smooth and fast. Some pics.....

Very sharp looking bow.
frank..youre talking about his static limb kwyk styk recurve...sweet bow.

No I am not sure thats it. It was a longbow more then a curve. A one piece bow not a TD. I have had a couple of His td bows and they are awsome shooters.<><
Great form Joe!! And , your hair is as silver as mine, but you have more of it!!LOL
That's not silver Serg...new camouflage paint I'm trying out...trying to blend in better with those gray rocks....LMFAO.... :scared:
Have Jack send you one of these little longbows to shoot, this 58" model smokes an AD Trad Lite and my 2117's were no slouch either out to 30 yds.
Good lookin' bow there Skipper. Do you think Jack would make one for old Stiffrod? What kinda coin are we talkin' about?
Stiffrod...you have a PM.... :saywhat:
HMM you guys are probably talking about Jacks Little Grizzly he makes them 52" and up they are a one piece flat bow type long bow with recurve style grip very sweet bow to shoot no hand shock and fairly fast for a long bow the guys up here love there Little grizzlys mine is 58" and 60lbs and throws a 525gr arrow same speed as my 51lb Kwyk Styk, :archer:
I believe the bow Frank was talking about was a Falcon LB.
Bill
Yes Bill you are probably right don't see many Falcon long bows around much anymore Jack is shying away from building them anymore they are one of his older models and had quite a following in there day If you have one it is sure to be collector as is the Falcon Recurve.
Skipper, what does Jack call this model longbow? That's not his Little Grizzly is it? Looks like a pretty high brace height too. 7 -7 1/2?
This is Jacks Trophy Hunter Longbow, available in 56" to 66". Brace is kept at 7-7 1/4". This is where most of Jack's bows seem to shoot best. Both my son's Kempf and this bow flat out shoot those AD Trad Lites. Also loved my 2117's...You can shoot my son's Kempf this January when we hook up for the winter deer hunts in Jersey.
