MAN THAT IS COOL!
Congrats on the cat! Great job!!!
I hope I resized it.
Nice looking lab in your pic also.
Yes Story please.. Nice Cat.....
WOW she is a nice one congratulations.
Its hard to get a good mount done on cats. They all seem to have a "that's not where that goes" look to them.
What are your plans for this pelt?
I want a Bobcat so bad with my longbow, nice job. I'm afraid cat fever would be worse than buck fever for me.
Very cool stuff.
I got lucky while hunting from my deer stand. I had missed a nice eight point the night before but hit the spot on her no problem. Go figure. This is actually the fifth bobcat I've seen while in the woods over the years but the first to kill. Not much of a story, all of a sudden she was there. From the first sighting to the shot was less than four or five seconds. Sparks flew as the arrow contacted the stones and she jumped about 7 feet in the air, landed let out alittle scream and never moved.
I plan on a full mount not sure of the position yet.
Nice trophy!
She measured 30" tip to tip and weighed 18.5 pounds.
Very, Very nice!
Now that is awesome. I'm jealous.. :notworthy:
Congrats
Good looking cat. Congratulations!
Jealous- I lost the only one I managed to get an arrow in. 10 yards, but it moved so fast at the shot that I think I hit the opposite side! Nothing sharper in the woods.
Big congrats, what a fine trophy!
i would never kill a cat - just me . i don't think i've ever seen one wild in woods is biggest reason not to kill.
Way to go looks like a nice one.
Well-done!
Nice kitty, Congrats!!
Good job and nice looking bow as well!
I shoot a Bighorn Ramhunter 56# @ 28" 160grn grizzlies on a 2018 shaft.
Congrats, I have never seen one
I have been trying to kill one of those suckers for years. Thats some good shooting because those babies are hard to get a shot on.
Do you plan on eating it? I've read and been told it is white meat like pork and supposedly very tasty. Could you let us know? I've called in a couple of lynx over the years, but I never managed to get a shot yet. Thanks.
That is quite an accomplishment.I don't know how you can even draw on those things without getting nailed. They have amazing hearing and eyesight. They pick up movement really well. That's why we seldom see them. They see us first.
Shakeyslim, in some places they're so plentiful that they are considered pests by the landowners. On my property they are rare, and I passed on the only opportunity I had. The one I shot was in a place where sightings are common.
Nice Kitty You got there.
Nice cat I like your boots what kind are they?
congrats
Longbow Jake they are an old pair of Lacrosse rubber boot they look like suede in the picture.
Beautiful. What county did you get it in if you dont mind my asking?
Great job and congrats on a beautiful animal.
NICE!
Wow that's cool
Jer Bear
A very elusive critter, nice job!
Congratulations!
My son-in-law saw one this year while hunting from one of my stands. I think it would be a great trophy. We have a few around I am told, but I have never seen one personally.
I did see my first fisher, he came by my stand about three weeks ago at about 20 yards.
very nice congrats
Very hard to see much less shoot. Excellent shot!
That's what I love about bowhunting, you never know what you are going to see. Congrats!
Now that is a trophy. Congrats.
Thats a nice cat . I shot one last year with my longbow and lost its trail . Glad you got yours !
Thats awesome, congrats!
ROB,
"Forget about it"!! Hey buddy, that is about as fine a trophy as you could hope for and couldn't have happened to a better guy.
Someone mentioned how they eat. Well one of our guys that shoots with us caught one in his trap line several months back.
We pan fried it in an electric skillet with a little flour, spices, and olive oil. It was very tasty. Hope you got to sample some of this excellent table fare! :notworthy:
Nice Cat, wish we could shoot them in Illinois had two females and a male under me the other night, they are a blast to watch. Congrats
Hey Rob looks like we have some common friends. I just received these pics in an e-mail from my friend Angelo who teaches hunter safety with you friend Frank. Congrats on the kitty. Joe
  Way to go!
great shootin'!
