Whipped this up last night and it turned out pretty good and it works. I did buy the rollers though. You can see any little wobble in the heads and just use some heat to move them in the right direction and eventually they will spin true. I love to make my own archery gadgets which I guess comes from growing up in an era we just couldn't go out and buy this kind of stuff.

Nice idea, my Dixon (found in Cabelas bargain area) costs me 25 bucks. I bet I even had those closet rollers in a drawer some where.
I made one of those about 40 years ago. Use it every time I mount broadheads and they fly like darts. One tip . Put a pointer on the end instead of the block of wood. I just ground a nail to a fine point. then put in a target arrow with a field point or bullet point and set the pointer to it. Rotate the broadhead and adjust so that the broadhead hits right on the point every time and its going to fly perfect.

... assuming the arrows are the same diameter; though the difference would be miniscule.

What's the distance between the two sets of rollers?
And also from the first set of rollers to the forward most upright?
Leo L, The dimensions are such that I wanted the arrow to sit in the rollers without tipping to the nock end so it's plenty long enough to catch the balance point. I used 3/4" pine and it's 3" wide.
Total length including both ends is 16 3/4" L.
12 1/4" on center between the two roller uprites.
