I am shooting gold tip 5575 with 160 wwoodsman elite,125 grain steel bh adapter,29" arrow,5" feathers,so my arrows weigh around 560 grains...is that enough weight?I read the ashby reports on weight and efoc arrows.I am around 25% efoc.Do you guys belive I should bump up the weight to get around the 650 grain mark that ashby talks about?This setup is shooting very nice out of my 53# grizzly as it is.I am hunting whitetail deer.I am new to this hunting with a recurve so I have a lot to learn.Do you see a big increase in penetration with that extra weight in the real world of shooting deer?

Unless your deer are armored and weigh a thousand pounds, I'd stay with what you have.
Stick with what your shooting well. They will blast thru a whitetail on a good shot and then some. Plenty of weight and FOC on those arrows.
