Not long after this pesky squirrel came wandering into my tree stand for a visit,

This guy came into my shooting range. :bigsmyl:
The new Schafer Silvertip now has MOJO. The bow is 50#@28", 60"AMO, and I used a 29" 2115 XX78 with 100gr. brass insert and a 150gr. two blade Magnus Buzzcut.

Nice Texas buck! Did you have to aim at his feet to allow for "the duck"? I hate Texas deer...can't get past the "aiming off the body to get a hit" part :banghead:

Tom,
MY success is nothing compaired to you guys in Kentucky. I just get lucky every once in awhile. Having a great place to hunt is most of it and over the last 10 years I have been blessed to be able to hunt a really good place. I thank the good Lord every season for the wonderful opportunity.

Very nice, well done!!!
outstanding!
Louis, How do you like your Mossy Oak Treestand camo. I love mine in the winter when the leaves are down. I've had deer at close range just look right through me.
Tom,
I like it alot. Many of the other camo patterns are too busy and dark. Someone else makes a pattern called Skyline camo that I have seen and liked for hunting from tree stands also. Just haven't found any at the time I'm looking for camo. I like Predator Fall Gray also but haven't been able to find any in fleece. The local Academy store has some Mossy Oak Treestand in fleece that I am going to get. Just haven't made myself get down there yet.
And some good blood it is. Congrats!!!
out standing deer. congrats.
Joe
Thats a nice deer man. I think that I would stop whining about the blood ha ha. Heck of a deer.
Congrats
