I took a peek at the current Primitive Archer and, low&behold, there's a very familiar name on the back page.  

Luke van der Vennen!

I haven't even had a chance to read the column yet, but I wanted to post here to let everyone know that 'Little Fred' is on the path  :D

(I know he's not the only member from here to be published, but it's nice to see the next generation stepping up)

Jake, do you think this might cause his head to swell?  I'm concerned...if his melon gets any bigger his teen-aged body may not be able to support it.

Not surprised in the least. Never met him, but from posts and a few shared pm's, it didn't take long to realize that this kid's going to do some great things for trad bowhunting...
