Hi ya'll
Am new to the site, not new to traditional archery. 1978, was shooting compound at an NFAA field shoot and saw someone shooting a Hill. Very Cool! 6 months later had Ted make me a Big Five, 70" 62#@26, I was a stud, bewitched. 1994, oh my god the rabbit died! To celebrate the birth of my first child had Byron Shurg make me an Aspen Elite 64" 62# @26, real beauty, and quick, quiet. 1995, life wayyy too complicated, need lots more money, never enough time, everything boxed, stored. Out of site out of mind.
2009, two great teenagers, outstanding members of their community, one increasingly neglected dad. Digging in storage and came across unmarked box, real heavy....about 25lbs of Trad Bowhunter back issues! The one on top was the tribute to Monty. 30 minutes later everything was unpacked and in my home where it should be. Bewitched again. Am so excited, I feel like a kid again. Of course, can't handle the Hill or the Aspen any longer, so....I ordered a Classic Whip from Dan Toelke 62" 50#@26. Woohoo, I'm so happy I could spit.

Good luck George, stay with it and get someone to shoot with you; they'll thank you and you'll both be happy.
Welcome back to a familiar thing! Hope you get to enjoy plenty shooting with your sons. :wavey:
"two great teenagers, outstanding members of their community" ... sounds like you did your part well, now time to rekindle the flame. Enjoy!!
Welcome back and congrats on your ordered Classic Whip. I shoot Dan's D bows and standard Whips and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
Welcome back.
Welcome back(do you want to get rid of the HILL)?
No way! Could never part with the Hill, she was my first. Besides, right now I'm in acquisition mode....metz
