Title: Skinny String and clicker
Post by: bswear on October 26, 2009, 04:39:00 PM
I am enjoying the benefits of my new SBD skinny string.  Usually I use a clicker with a piece of cord attaching it from the top limb to my string.  I simply separate the sting and stick it through.  Question is, does all that weight in the attachment cord negate the savings on my 8 strand string?  Its a 55" BS PSAX.  Any thoughts?

Brent,

It will not make a difference.

Also, please check your e-mail.

I glad you like your new SBD string.  Now you need to fill the freezer.

God Bless,  Pierre and Jean-Pierre

i use a clicker on all bows, having strings from 18 to 8 strand D97. i tie the clicker on the bowstring, tight, put a drop of glue on the knot and then i serve above and below it....this way if or when i need to twist the string up, i can. i use release rope for the clicker. works great!!

I use bowfishing spectra line for my clicker, very light and strong and serve it in place as well, works great and does not affect the string performance at all.  Mark
