Real hot here today, but we figured we'd give it a try anyway.
First dropped Dad, and his '64 Grizzly, off at a ground blind I built for him 2 weeks ago, acorns dropping like crazy....

It was hot here today but I bet it was great sitting in the woods on a day as such and with two favorite hunting buddies. I was sitting behind a desk.
A buddy of mine saw one of the biggest bucks ever (for him) around 3 pm today. It never slowed and didn't present a good shot. He said 21 inch inside give or take. His buddy sat in the stand i sat in on Sat. and saw the same nubbers and spikes as I did.
Even if you didn't see any deer, I am envious.
