Hayden, Welcome aboard. Gave me chills when I read your post. What a wonderful thing to do. You are very blessed and wise beyond your years. Congrats to your parents as well. This is why I love Traditional Archery and this site. God Bless.
Welcome Hayden, good to have you hear! and very nice gesture
Ben, tip of the hat to you Sir :clapper:
Welcome, what a nice thing that you are doing. I am sure that somebody will just love that bow.
For such a young boy you have a great big heart! Little acorns don't fall far from the tree. Please do not include me in the drawing.
It's great to see boys being raised into authentic men. Good luck with your bow give away. I'm sure whoever it goes to will be thrilled.

I must say that I am proud of my nephew for doing this. I was honored to be with him the night he shot his deer last year. I was just as excited as he was. This is a fine gesture he's doing. So in the spirit of giving, I will add an armguard made by Mikes Archery Leather through Braveheart Archery. I will have the initials of the lucky winner stamped into the armguard.
Good job Hayden!!!
Uncle Mike
Welcome Hayden. That's very nice of you!
Welcome aboard Hayden and thanks for keeping the tradition alive.
Paul
Tears are welling up, seriously. I can't possibly tell you what soul food it is to log into TradGang and see this kind of generosity and good will.
God Bless you, son! And dad, way to go, you must be SO proud!
This is awesome. I love the attitudes of the people on the gang. That looks like a little Bear Montana. But I know some kids who lost their father and cant afford something like this.
:clapper: My girls are right handed, but thanks anyways !
What a great thing to do !!
Welcome, Little Man. Very nice of you to help out some other youngster. I am proud of you. Way to go.

I have a nephew with adhd that would love this. He is always asking his grandpa and I how to shoot and would love to go out with us. His dad does not hunt or does not like to be out doors like we do. Please add his name into the mix. His name is Noah
This is a great thing you are doing. Good luck with your shooting.
Sean

Thanks for all of the nice things said .We need some left hand kids.My son will put more on in the morning before he goes to school.I wish i could buy every kid a bow. Thanks leatherneck for chipping in.
As a proud uncle of Hayden I would like to say this boy loves the outdoors hunting or fishing and giving his first bow away is a great gesture. I will also include a $50 gift card to 3 Rivers Archery for any other needs :wavey:
I've got a 60" AMO 20# LB that can be shot either left or right and also a Bear Cub 50" AMO that is ambidextrous as well.
I bought 5 cubs and 4 of the longbows from a guy just to give to kids. I have 2 left first come, first served. My friend Micah is making strings for these right now.
If someone reads this and neads a righty, I have one for a starter.
Paul

Was there even a drawing? I think there was only two kids. It was a 50/50 chance. Congrats Heidi
 :clapper: Merry Christmas
Thank you Gatekeeper for your help :bigsmyl:
This is for Forrest Creature 1 who sent me a PM.
I dont think your negative comments are needed for a good cause. There were in fact 4 kids that were picked from if you need the facts. You should be glad that there are young men on this site that want to do good deeds for others and stop being so greedy because your name was not choosen.

There was no negative comment. Dont know where you were going with this. I am glad that Heidi got it. I only saw two names. I don't call two a drawing. I was glad that people help ot. Just could just flip a coin with only two. And that is all I saw. I am sorry you felt that way.
That was the message sent to me and my reply
