I have shot both on my recurve and longbow, but what is the big difference between the two. Is one better than the other or is just preferrence?
This topics been beat to death several times over.
Basically, it's just preference. Flemish "tend" to be quieter. (Although not everyone agrees.) Endless can be made to tighter tolerances (But who cares...you have to set the brace height anyways)
Some say one is easier to make some say the other is easier to make.
On and on and on and on.
If you want to read a books worth on the subject the search feature here will keep you more than busy
If you compare apples to apples--same material, same strand count, same serving size and length, equally well (or poorly) made, etc. etc. etc. it boils down to preferance. Either one will work just fine, and there's going to be little if any difference.
Some rather build one than the other, some like the looks of one over the other, some have had better experiences with one over the other....to see which you prefer, just try both.

Flemish look cooler! Both work. Just my opinion.
this is pure subjectivity.
both string types will get the job done.
