Joe,
I am very happy for you, what a nice find. Your photo layout as usual is spectacular. Keep the pristine photos for your files and hunt the hell out of that baby. That is what they are made for. tom massaro
That is some awesome cocobolo! Silvertips are the bomb!!
Gorgeous is an understatement.
Dave's work is outstanding, and he pulled out all the stops when building that one.
Welcome to the Schafer brotherhood.

Joe I just had to look at that one again......my oh my. There are recurves and then there are Dave's tips, no one does it like he does. tom
Yep, I have had a lot of schafer's both Pauls and Daves over the years and that is surely one of the top 10 I've seen.
Bill

Sweet looking bow Joe. I wouldn't let an Allard within 100' of it. BTW, "you da man" behind the lens.
WOW!! I am relatively new to trad, but that is the most beautiful bow i have ever seen, period.
Beautiful bow-love that Cocobolo!
It's definately one of the prettiest I have seen.

Welcome to Silvertip ownership, it simply does not get any better!! Great looking bow.
Sweet bow!
Fantastic piece of craftsmanship right there. Nothing better than the Silvertip!
Congrats on a nice one, Joe.
Joe, how in the world do you always find the sweetest bows!!! Jr.
Dang that's a nice piece of cocobolo!
The amazing thing to me is that someone would let a bow like that go!
Very, very sharp.
That's got to be the prettiest bow I have ever seen!!
Congrats!!
Joe,
It's a gorgeous bow. But, I'm probably going to approach it from a different perspective than most. The elm veneers are the most beautiful veneers, elm or otherwise, I've seen on any bow. The Cocobolo riser is nice, but for me it's window dressing for the gorgeous burl elm veneers. WOW!!!!
I also love the bear claw elk antler knobs. Or are they limb bolts?
Bill
