I watched a New show (for me it's new, Don't know if it's been on before Today) on the Sportsmen channel called "Ultimate outdoors w/Eddie Brochin". He was using a Bear T/D recurved bow. So for it seemed like a good show. Hell it had a Trad bow hunt in it. He stated that he draw the bow 5 times and took 4 deer. The one time he hit a limb and missed the deer ( nice 6 pt ). Has anyone else seen this show?

yes i watched it also
and enjoyed it very much

I wish there were more trad shows. I haven't seen this one but it sounds good.

What chanel isit on? Is it on cable network?

I could not believe that last night on the Outdor channel there was a show I caught 1/2 through. Did not catch the name but one guy hunted with a flintlick and the other used a osage selfbow.
The selfbow scored a hit first on a turkey but it hit a wingbone and broke the flint tip and did not penatrate the body. Then the flintlock hunter took a head shot nad it was over. Good to see primitive or traditional methods being recognized on TV.

Eddie was on a small local tv station in Indy. Looks like hard work has paid off for him.
Dave
Google search for his website, there is a link to tv stations.

Use to watch Eddie on the same local station, seems like a pretty cool guy. What time is his show coming on.

Tim Strickland uses a recurve on his shows.

I like Tim's show, but he never has much to say.

Just caught this show on Versus, hosted by Eddie Brochin. Very cool! Hunting with a Bear Takedown, he took a Doe and a Coyote. If you get a chance, this one's worth watching.

When is it on VS Rick, tried to find it on the guide and could not locate it to DVR the show. Thanks
