Anybody have experience with Grizzy broadheads?  Pros/Cons?  Are they any good?

Nothing really wrong with grizzly's. If you're looking at the big one 190 grain I'd look really close at the ABOWYER. I prefer the abowyer brown bear. It is very well constructed and doen't have the "bump" in the back 1/3 of the blade where the 2 halves come together. That bump on the grizzly messes me up when sharpening.

the grizzliys are getting a face lift from what I've heard, at least the El Grande is. They will now weigh 160 and 200g, LW and RW bevel and the edge is a even thickness.

You have to get them from Grizzly directly at this time.

Great BHs!  Once you master the technique, they get super sharp and hold a great edge.

I like 'em. Like Pinecone says you gotta master a technique for sharpening them. I will say by the time mine are sharp I could have spent the 40 bucks for 3 or probably even the 90 bucks for three that some cost if i paid myself for time  :)

iv started shooting the 190s and really like them. they are a very strong head and you can get them super sharp, fly great and penetrate very well

when will the new one's be available Eric?

I'm using them for the first time this year. They are a very tough head with a good trach record. They do come with a very rough, factory grind and it takes some work to develope the edge.I took the easy way out and had Ron at KME tune them up for me.

The new ones look like the grind is a lot better plus they come in left and right bevel. If I were buying Grizzlies now,I would get the newer version.
