I recieved my Navajo X quiver with the rattle snake insert last week and wanted to give a plug to GFA. After searching the Tradgang archives trying to find a light weight bow quiver I finally called GFA because so many members recogmended their quivers. Don and Karen were great to deal with and very informative. The quiver is great, light, very quiet, great workmanship, I could go on and on. I would highly recogmend one of their quivers. :thumbsup:

Love the two that i have.
I'm impressed with the feather-weight feeling of the Eagle's FLight, but also the rock solid mounting of the Talon strap system and Totem connecting rod. This is really a well thought out and executed design.
In case you didn't know, yet, Don now has his 5-arrow gripper available for these quivers. I called one day to ask a question, and said I was hoping to get a quiver once the 5 arrow was an option. He said, "I just got some in!"
I'm glad my timing hit to allow the configuration I wanted. Larger "Chief" hood to hold my longer broadheads... Talon and Totem features that are convenient and SOLID... 5 arrow gripper... snakeskin option to "spruce up" my bow (couldn't afford the Copperhead skins I wanted on the limbs!)... it is perfect for how I hunt and what I was seeking.
I had a quiver that was OK, but lacked a bit in design for me. I decided to go back to bare bow for this year, but was surprised that my bow's quiet "thunk" when I shot was significantly louder to my ears. I'm hoping the Eagle's Flight can get me back to "near-silent."

I live near Don and got one of the first 5 arrow quivers he made. It works perfect does not effect my shooting at all and spaces the arrows out evenly so the big 5 1/2" fletchings I use don't touch. Just another quality product from Eagle Flight. I didn't expect anything else though. This is one product you can't go wrong with. LCH

I thought G. Fred Asbell's company was GFA and Eagle Flight Archery was EFA. GFA makes a quiver also, but I don't think that is the one you are talking about.

Just ordered another one today after speaking with Don. This one is going on my son's first osage bow. Don found him a two tone Navaho with the center insert being osage color. Got to meet Don and Karen @ Twin Oaks in TN this year too. Fine folks and top notch products and service. If I could not shoot a EFA then I would be shooting with no quiver on my bow and would carry a back quiver.

Almost 2 years ago, I bought the original strap-on 2 piece. I was going to get rid of it but then noticed they sell the Talon Grip separately for about $20. Now I have a solid quiver that won't move on the limbs. It's a totally different quiver than the original. They have fast shipping and are great to deal with.
Thanks LCH and everyone for the nice words. EFA is Karen and I's retirement business and we get a lot of satisfaction from interacting with many of you.
You have given us lots of imput on what you wanted in the way of a lightweight, stable, easy to attach/detach, and as important, a quiver that won't change how your bow shoots. We have made a number of improvements over the last 3-4 years thanks to your suggestions and feedback. Don't stop making suggestions. We plan on being around a long time (with your help, and God's) so we hope to grow while helping to grow our traditional archery/bowhunting sport.

It's about time to have some fun again with another contest. I have some nice carp skin that we will make into a quiver soon. We gave one away last year to the person who had the nicest thing to say about the lowly carp. Just a heads up so that while sitting in your treestand, blind, or whereever, you might start thinking "Carp"

Gaff, I haven't taken any good photos yet of the 5 arrow quiver. However, I just saw where Rob has posted photos on here.
Brian P, The totem telescopes to fit a variety of riser lengths. It adds very little weight but makes the quiver more versital and more solid on hard to fit limbs.

I let Mason open the package that had the Navaho J2 in it for his first osage selfbow this afternoon when he got in from school.... Talk about a happy camper ! You picked the perfect color for him, matches that osage perfect. He already has three woodies and a cane arrow loaded in it with a gripper for his judo tipped stumper / squirrel arrow. Like the size of the J2 hood and also the talon system too. Thanks again for a great product and top notch service !
