In these present days; finding a company with super customer service deserves recognition. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my recent dealings with:
Cranford Mfg. Inc.-EZY TREESTEP and
Trophyline Tree Saddle.
I just wanted to publicly say; THANK YOU! :clapper:
I'm know there are plenty others too; so, why don't we take the time to tell them how much we appreciate their taking the extra time and effort for us?
I have been a kid in a candy shop at times, and have kudos for many suppliers.
Bob Morrison has given me sage advice and honest deals on sweet shooting bows for several years now. Always has been a fair and honorable person to deal with.
Leon Stewart builds a terrific line of bows, and holds himself to high standards, as well as treating the archers he meets with respect and trust. He is a fine craftsman with high goals and ideals.
3Rivers has gotten products to me almost before I pressed the SEND button! They have also gone out of their way to pick colors for arrows sent as a gift to a group in Canada. They will do what they can to make you happy with their work, which I have found to be exemplary.
The Nocking Point was a pleasure, the phone call answered my questions and the nocks and feathers got to me in a wink. No sitting around waiting to pack up an order, they get it boxed and shipped posthaste!
Joe Skipp sent me a sample of AMG fletches, which was generous on his part. I was impressed by the quality and the vibrant colors, and want to order full-length feathers from him the next time I buy. He can also tell some great stories over a gin and tonic!
Raptor Archery produces quality ash shafting, and terrific customer service. Ted goes out of his way to make a customer happy with their purchase.
Eagle's Flight Archery makes a solid, lightweight bow quiver, and I enjoy talking with Don and his wife at shoots. He takes great pride in his work, and sells it at a reasonable price.
I am leaving out somebody, I just know it...
Killdeer~ I'll be back!
I would echo Killie on 3Rivers and Eagle's Flight Archery. I haven't dealt with the others on her list.
Jason Kendall, maker of Kanati longbows, is a superb craftsman who stands behind his work and is excellent to deal with. The speed of his bows is unreal.
Lamont at The Footed Shaft is another trad supplier with outstanding customer service.
Roy Hall was quick to answer all my questions about the Caddo I bought used, even though I hadn't made him a cent. A stand-up guy and excellent bowyer.
Like Killie, I'm sure I've left someone out...sorry.
Service doesnt come any better than that of Bob Morrison. The man is top notch!
Some of my favorites would be
Braveheart archery...great service ,fair shipping, quality products
Mike Treadway (bowyer) a true gentleman... totally stands behind his product.
Jim Jones (fireflybows) A great bowyer as well as person.
Abe Penner Caribow bows.... great service
Can't go wrong with these fine folks
I'll throw in Wes Wallace Custom Bows, Bull Mntn Archery and Whispering Wind Arrows. All have provided excellent service. With Brock and Wes both spending tons of time helping me understand and buy the right equipment for my needs.
Yeah Clay, Brock is one of the best as well. I have talked with him alot and he is a great guy and bends over backwards to please a customer!
Check anything ever posted here about Dan Toelke, you will find as I have through way more bows than I need that there is nothing not to like. I have never known any one easier to deal with, more dedicated to customer satisfaction nor a genuinely good person than Dan, period!
Let us not forget our own Sharpster. Ron gives superb service.
I have had great service from Ron LeClair and Greg Coffey at Ron LeClair's Traditional Archery Shoppe.
I have purchased three bows from them over the years and had excellent service. I have also called several times with various questions on archery and bowhunting unrelated to my purchases and Ron and Gregg have been very generous with their time and knowledge.
Bill
Pardon the typo. As you all know it is La Clair not LeClair.
