After not seeing them for nearly 1.5mos.....they show.
I'm looking forward to my 1st full trad. season with even a "little" (lol) more anticipation, now. They made it!
I have friends (wheelie friends) hunting with me (from KY and VA) next week.....and I'd love for one of them to get a shot at these two. If I do....I'll post up photos.
Good luck to all of you guys getting started, this weekend (and immenently).

Looks like they're showing-up too early. Good luck on Sat.
Didn't the NC season open this past Monday?
Cool looking piebold deer. I've never seen one in the wild.
The clock is wrong. If I figure right (I have a photo of me setting the cam).....these two were in my set at last light. If that's the case.....I know where they're bedding (about 300yds from this spot). If they bed where I was photo-ing them, earlier.....we'll be about 300yds from that spot, also (when we hunt, there).
REALLY hoping we get to see them. I took a piebald from this exact spot in 2006.
NC season (for my district) opens this Sat.
Good luck Jeff. Call us and give a report sat. night. Don
Here is what I'm thingking: The piebald gene is a bad gene that doesnt need to be passed along for the natural survival of the future deer herd. Being white really stands out in a wooded setting and takes away from their natural ability to blend in with their surroundins. You really need to make every effort to do your future deer herd justice, and keep the from reproducing. In fact, I am willing to help you in this matter. I just so happen to have some free time on my hands starting Saturday. Just PM me with the coordinates and we can have them surrounded. :bigsmyl:
On a more serious note. Good luck and be safe!!
Thanks Batman!
I'll try to call you guys Sat. PM to check on YOU!...lol
Good luck at the IBO's!
