Title: rice in a quiver what do you think ?

I was wondering if rice would dull my broadheads I wanted to reduce the rattling noise in my basketquiver

I have a friend that uses oatmeal , but if it rains it is a mess.

I cut the fingers off old gloves and put them over the broadheads.

I use oats. (not oatmeal)
Works good and keeps points sperated.

Seed oat or wheat (not oatmeal) works great and should not dull. They are fairly water resistant. If you get wet a lot soak them in a water seal product then let dry.
