As promised, here are pictures of my new Ambush, 50" 54@28. Praises and many thanks to Chuck's outstanding work. Someone forgot to set the alarm last night so didn't go deer hunting this morning, took pictures instead.

The results.
The last 7 of my first 10 shots. Just gabbed 10 arrows, 60-65# and 65-70#, as I went out the door, I don't have any 54# spined arrows.

Bamboo limb cores with black glass. I'll have to defer to Chuck for the riser and overlay woods, made myself a note wen I ordered the bow but threw away my note when I cleaned out my office.
Thanks, Chuck. I'm a very happy camper. Great work and a beautiful bow.
Phil
That is a sweet looking little bow!!
Back up for a FINE bow!!
Very nice looking.
She'd fit nicely in a groundblind. Pretty stuff.
Kyle,
That's my plan. I wanted a bow that I could use in a blind or shoot from any position from sitting to standing. This bow should work perfectly.
Well, I will say thanks for the kind words Phil. I am pleased you are happy for sure. The wood is BACOTE. I have spent some time rootin' out my supplier's and This was a pretty nice piece. I think it looks very sharp next to the black glass. That was Phils choice and He made a good one, That bow will be right at home on the ground, in a blind or in the air.
It seemed very open to the arrows I shot from it, I used a gold tip 55-75 and some woods that went from a few 65-70 to ??? I think they had to be some 50-55 or 55-60. It is not fussy.
I hope you get the bow lined out for some huntin this fall Phil. Send us a pic. Thanks and good luck.
Chuck
Chuck,
You did an outstanding job selecting the bacote for my Ambush. As you said, it really stands out against the black fiberglass. Guess i should have posted these earlier, but didn't want to have too many.

This bow is smooth as butter and quick. I hope to get it set up in the next week or two and take it out for a spin in the deer woods.
That Bacote board was awesome. It went from a darker swirl grain to a fantastic golden grain. it worked out so the about half way through the window it would turn to the new color and kinda look like an I-beam riser. It was sweet.
Phil, what is your draw length? That pic of you at full draw is great, both front and back.
Chuck
Wow great looking bow Phil. I think those Delaware deer are in for some trouble!
Wow those later pictures make it look even better, and that was hard to do. That thing is small.
Wow, the wood grain on the riser looks like an artist painted it to match the shape. I really like that. Great work!
Holy cow!!!! I have a new favorite! Just what the Turkey Dr. ordered!
Thanks again ALL.
I designed the AMBUSH to be used on the ground or out of a blind. It works good from all of the "Hunkered down" shooting positions that type of hunting will demand. One of the options that can be put on the bow is a hand drawing that a friend of mine from church can do I will post an example below. Mallardstacker, you might like this picture.

Nice artwork!
I had a chance to check out the Ambush bow here in Marquette last month.
All I can say is wow!
You have to draw this bow to believe it. I pulled it 30" and it just kept going smooth.
That looks to be a winner for sure. And the added artwork is a winners touch. I think we'll be seeing many more.
Thanks again all. I have had some questions about the riser and the wood. So I will put up a couple more pics for you all to enjoy. I will add one more pic. Notice the grain from side to side on the riser.
